When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 17:00 CST (Chicago Time) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 22:00 or during the weekend are processed the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days
Please allow a total of 8–16 business days from order placement to delivery.
This includes processing time and transit.
Shipping takes place Monday to Friday.

How is my order shipped?

If GrowMe isn’t right for you, unopened products can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Just email our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
