Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
• Only one opened unit per order is eligible for a refund
• Any additional units must remain unopened and sealed
• Remaining unopened items must be returned before a refund is issued
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
If more than one unit from the same order has been opened, the order is no longer eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
Bundle Orders (1+1, 2+2, 3+3)
Bundle offers are discounted packages. If items from a bundle are returned, the bundle discount no longer applies.
If a partial return is requested, the order will be recalculated based on the regular single product price for any items kept.
The regular single product price used for recalculation is £29.90 per unit.
Example:
If a customer purchases a 3+3 bundle and keeps two units, the order will be recalculated based on the regular single product price per unit. The refund will be issued only for the difference after recalculation.
Returning Products
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
• All unopened items must be returned
• Items must remain sealed and unused
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds may only be considered if:
• Products are unopened
• Items are returned to the fulfillment facility
• The customer covers the return shipping costs
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected delivery schedule.
To prevent the next shipment, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Subscription orders are prepared for fulfillment before billing is processed. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or stopped.
If a cancellation request is received after billing has occurred, the order will still be shipped and the cancellation will apply to future subscription renewals only.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact support as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
After review, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
