• products and subscription services offered by Elvéra
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Elvéra may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be published on our website with an updated revision date and will apply in accordance with applicable law.
WEBSITE ACCESS
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use our website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Elvéra.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
• suspected fraud
• payment failure
• incorrect pricing
• product unavailability
• unusual or unauthorised purchasing activity
By providing a payment method, you authorise Elvéra to charge that payment method for the amounts presented to you when purchasing, including applicable product costs, shipping charges and subscription renewals.
If you select a subscription, you authorise Elvéra to automatically charge the recurring subscription amount shown at checkout every 30 days until your subscription is cancelled.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Any changes to future subscription pricing will be communicated where required by applicable law.
We cannot guarantee permanent product availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking information and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are lost, damaged, faulty or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Elvéra offers subscription purchase options.
When you select a subscription, your subscription automatically renews every 30 days until cancelled.
Your selected payment method will automatically be charged the recurring subscription price shown at checkout every 30 days.
Your first subscription order may include promotional free products, gifts or other promotional goodies.
Free products, gifts and promotional goodies included with a subscription offer apply to your initial order only.
After your initial order, each recurring order contains the quantity of products you originally paid for. Free products, gifts and promotional goodies included with your initial order are not included with recurring orders.
For example:
Buy 2, Get 1 Free Subscription
Your initial order contains 3 pouches. You pay for 2 pouches and receive 1 additional pouch free.
Every 30 days thereafter, you will be charged the recurring subscription price for 2 pouches and receive 2 pouches.
Buy 3, Get 2 Free Subscription
Your initial order contains 5 pouches. You pay for 3 pouches and receive 2 additional pouches free.
Every 30 days thereafter, you will be charged the recurring subscription price for 3 pouches and receive 3 pouches.
Any additional promotional gifts or goodies included with your initial subscription order are also limited to your initial order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your subscription will continue to renew every 30 days until you cancel it.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
To prevent your next recurring payment from being processed, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If a recurring payment has already been processed before your cancellation is completed, we may not be able to stop that order before dispatch. Your cancellation will apply to future renewals.
Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights are not affected by this section.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds and any money-back guarantee offered by Elvéra are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before purchasing.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
USER CONTENT
Customers may submit reviews, comments, photographs or testimonials.
By submitting content to Elvéra, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes.
You confirm that content you submit:
• is truthful to the best of your knowledge
• does not infringe third-party rights
• does not contain unlawful material
DISCLAIMERS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information presented on our website is accurate and current.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, Elvéra will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
INDEMNIFICATION
Where permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Elvéra as a direct result of your fraudulent activity, unlawful use of our website or deliberate violation of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases made through the UK Elvéra website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections available to you.
FORCE MAJEURE
Elvéra will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, significant supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, internet or infrastructure failures and carrier disruptions.
This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies referenced within them and the information presented to you when placing your order, form the agreement between you and Elvéra concerning your purchase and use of our website.
Nothing in this section limits rights arising from information or representations that legally form part of your consumer contract.
